tiny chefs 

I believe food is medicine. And I love food. I mean really love food. All parts of it. From how it grows, when it grows, how its prepared, and how it fuels our bodies. From spending a summer working on an organic produce farm, pursuing a degree in holistic nutrition, and making (most) things from scratch in my own kitchen, you can see I live for food. And I want to share this love with your tiny human (and you!). Classes are for humans ages 5-10.

My classes are centered around nutrient dense and easy to prepare dishes that you and you child can prepare. During class we discuss where the food comes from and how it affects our bodies. 

I am so excited to have partnered with The Farmhouse Kitchen - where they value sustainability (like myself) and source locally.
