mini yogis

I have been practicing yoga for well over a decade and starting teaching my own daughter for her entire life. I am a certified yoga instructor through the YACEP have been teaching open classes to tiny humans for almost 2 years. Yoga offers so many benefits, like, increased bodily awareness, confidence building, introduction to mindfulness and healthy coping mechanisms, and even aids in some symptoms associated with ADHD. Currently I offer two classes and both are made for tiny humans ages 4-8. Every first Saturday I am at Double Sunrise Yoga located in West Reading at 11AM for indoor classes. Every last Sunday (running from April-September) I am at Berks Nature on the Alvernia campus at 5PM for outdoor classes. Both classes are $10 per student and are drop off optional. Feel free to drop your tiny human off and enjoy West Reading or walk the trails and Berks Nature while they attend class!
